Child, Adult, and Couples Psychotherapy

Life can often feel like a constant balancing act—juggling responsibilities, relationships, and personal growth while quietly battling self-doubt, anxiety, or a sense of disconnection. You may have tried all the “right” things—self-help books, mindfulness practices, pushing through—but something still feels missing. Maybe you're questioning your path, comparing yourself to others, or struggling with expectations that never seem to let up.

Therapy offers a space to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself. Together, we can untangle the patterns holding you back, challenge unhelpful narratives, and build a more authentic, fulfilling life.

As a psychotherapist, I’m dedicated to supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and loss. I understand that exploring your inner world can be difficult, uncomfortable, and deeply vulnerable, and I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

As a first-generation American, I bring a deep appreciation for the complexities of identity, navigating life between cultures, understanding generational trauma, and the ongoing journey of self-discovery. My background offers a unique perspective that values cultural diversity, personal growth, and the richness of individual experience.

I believe that healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples, tailoring my work to each individual’s needs. Together, we will create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and in your own way.

My approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities—including somatic work, parts work, mindfulness, narrative therapy, gestalt techniques, polyvagal theory, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). These approaches are carefully chosen to meet your unique needs and to support both emotional and physiological healing.

In addition to traditional therapeutic techniques, I incorporate grounding practices, invite moments of presence and joy, and encourage playful exploration. My work is deeply client-centered, emphasizing collaboration, curiosity, and empowerment.

Together, we will build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and support you in making meaningful, aligned choices in your life’s journey.
