Child, Adult, and Couples Psychotherapy
As a psychotherapist, I am dedicated to supporting my clients through a range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and loss. I understand that exploring feelings can be challenging, uncomfortable, and difficult. My goal is to help you navigate your fears, emotions, wants, and needs with compassion and understanding.
As a first-generation American, I have a deep appreciation for exploring identity, navigating life between cultures, understanding generational trauma, and the journey of self-discovery. My background offers a unique perspective that values cultural diversity and personal growth.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship is fundamental to healing and developing a stronger sense of self. In our work together, we will create a safe space where you can explore and process your experiences at your own pace.
I integrate a blend of therapeutic modalities, including somatic work, parts work, mindfulness, narrative therapy, gestalt techniques, polyvagal theory, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). These approaches are tailored to your unique needs, addressing both emotional and physiological aspects of healing.
In addition to traditional therapeutic techniques, I explore methods to help clients ground themselves, savor life's moments, and engage in playful exploration. My approach is deeply client-centered, emphasizing collaboration and empowerment.
Together, we will enhance your self-awareness, resilience, and ability to make meaningful choices in your life’s journey.
