About Me

I decided to become a therapist because my own experience in therapy truly transformed my life. I felt lost and unhappy for a long time, unsure of who I was or what I truly needed. I was stuck in a cycle of helplessness and grief, and it wasn’t until I began therapy that I found the clarity and confidence I had been searching for.

Therapy helped me find the strength to make the changes I had been longing for, allowing me to rebuild my life from a place of self-compassion, authenticity, and purpose. I’ll never forget the moment I realized just how deeply therapy had impacted me. From that point forward, I knew that if I could help even one person the way my therapist helped me, I would live a life full of purpose and meaning. That moment sparked my path today and continues to inspire everything I do as a therapist.

Along my own journey, I’ve faced grief and loss—experiences that can feel isolating, heartbreaking, and overwhelming. But through the pain, I also discovered something transformative: we have the capacity to heal and grow, even from our deepest wounds... Therapy became a place where I didn’t have to face my pain alone. It gave me the tools to be kinder to myself, to slow down and really listen to my needs, and to communicate with more compassion and authenticity.

Just as therapy has been a source of transformation, support, and strength in my own life, I am here to offer that same support to you. I truly believe that with self-compassion, patience, and consistent practice, you, too, can transform your life.
